The grave place of Otto, prince of Büdingen. At this place in the Büdingen forest, he and his wife are burried together with one of their sons. Also a son-of-law of found his final rest here. The place is at a crossing of the old Reffestraße (name of an old trading route between Frankfurt and Leipzig) between Rinderbügen, Waldensberg and Büdingen. Some two kilometers away lies the farm of my parents at the rim of the Büdingen forest. |

This is the fountain in the Prinzengarten (Darmstadt). Often it also runs in winter durin frost, so ice is build from the calming water and becomes great sculptures. This image was taken during spring, and the sun is mirrored in hundreds of water droplets. |
